Deposition - A new start?

A reflection on the course of western civilization, this work focuses on the paradoxical fusion of Ancient Greek/Roman and Christian values and beliefs, still present in our contemporary way of life. Nietzsche often pointed out the antithesis of these two systems of thought in order to attack the influence Christianity had in western society, as did the giant of modern Greek literature, Nikos Kazantzakis.
