La vie et la mort

In this Artwork, the notion of life is represented by the arm and the hand rising from between the legs in the foreground, giving rise to the horse facing and running towards death. Other elements such as the dove and the lily of the valley (the flower) are there to represent life, as opposed to the black horse, the raven and the snake that are here to represent death. The snake is turned towards the bird, it seems ready to attack. The snail represents both vulnerability of life and the speed at which it unfolds, life can sometimes seem like a surrealist story headed to only one direction. Edition of 1 7050 x 4960 Pixels 300 DP
