Paint me in dreams

You're probably thinking: "Does he look like Willem Dafoe?". Yes, he played Van Gogh in the film "Eternity's Gate" in 2018. This work represents my vision of what he was "maybe" seeing that night in 1889. Van Gogh painted the starry night in hospital but his mind was elsewhere, for me he was immersing himself in a colourful world of thoughts and fantasy surrounded by his colours.
