Edition 1 of 1 Part 1 of 5 in the Facets Series 7200 x 7200px, PNG Facets is a multi-scale Truchet tiling. The base tile comprises a right triangle with four possible orientations. The triangles are overlaid with circles based on chance, with several possible outcomes. The circles may be of the simple or concentric variety or may be omitted altogether.
