Art at face value houses nothing less than the image on a screen or on paper. It's only until you delve deeper that the thought behind it, hours of work and passion can be seen. I wanted to explore this visually and showcase the inner workings of 'an artist'.
'An Artistic Deception' is the digital 'brother' of my Pencil Crayon portrait. The textures used in this version were scanned from the original pencil art piece and projected onto the 3D version. Similarly, a scale sized replica of my myself and my workstation were built in the 'brain' of the artwork.
