Chasing and capturing nature's wrath demands an unbreakable will and a mindset that always seeks the impossible. On this epic night in Arizona, dreams collided with reality as a storm swept across the Grand Canyon discharging bolts of lightning that clashed with the ridges in front of us. Adrenaline shot through my veins as electricity surged through the air in a monumental display of raw power. Photographing lightning from high elevations is always dangerous, but it's a risk chasers are willing to endure while standing on the edge of a natural wonder of the world watching the elements go to war with one another.
