Ice & Fire

"Ice & Fire" is a image that combines the splendor of frozen nature and burning sun as the warm tones of sunset were reflecting on the blue ice blocks of Diamond beach, Iceland, creating that natural color contrast. I was walking on the beach that day looking for a peculiar ice formation that could form an interesting composition until I found these pieces, so I got really low & close to them to focus on their texture & fine details, I also used the sun which was low to the horizon to create that warm sunburst.
