Birth of thought

Billions of feelings and sensations carefully collected and processed by the subconscious form a construct called "Thought". "Thought" forms around core whose purpose is currently unknown. In it's basic form its looks like just a sphere with few additional details which arise randomly depending on the nature of a thought itself.
