That Sinking Feeling

I took this photo back in 2013 while I was suffering from severe depression. My father had passed away very unexpectedly in 2011 and I was still dealing with the aftermath of the affect it had on my mother and I (I'm an only child) and having no one to talk to about it. As soon as I found this location in Holyoke, MA, USA, I knew exactly how I wanted to position the model- a visual representation of exactly what I was going through mentally at the time. Im grateful that I've made it through.
