Solace in Solitude

My creative process has always been anchored in the surreal. Taking a scene others may recognise and transforming it into something that encourages them to witness that same space again, as if they were experiencing it for the very first time. I find comfort in this creative process, as it often feels like I'm seeing my surroundings unlike anyone else, leaving me isolated in a world of my own creation. A solitude I have come to enjoy.
