Our own thoughts can be intrusive and trap us into a locked maze where every exit leads to an entrance back into the maze. The more rigid we are, the more trapped we become inside with no outlet.
Becoming fluid like water, adaptive to all the elements in our environment that we are part of, and adjusting to these external forces of the universe weighing down on us. A sense of weightlessness starts to set in. Uplifting sensations wrap around us inside and out.
All the heavy weighing thoughts begin drifting out of the mind. We can eventually reach the goal, seeing the light at the end of the maze, which is also the starting point for the next chapter: A moment of clarity.
