Dark clouds blocked the stars. A cold blooded wind whips ice across any surface, uncaring of what stands in its way of the frozen lashings. Brief pockets of moonlight lit up the snow. There is no mercy being caught in a frigid storm like this. I raced across the frozen tundra, feeling frost bite my skin, sinking its steel teeth. I only focus on my next destination and do not let go. I will not get lost. I know where I am going.
There are some things you can only learn in a storm. You must go through them. To avoid them only hinders your journey. To stay in them only brings demise. Push through.
