Panic Attack

3 years ago I went through another tough phase of life. When I’ve spent all of my time on my art thesis in a small room alone. It was quite stressful and lonely, causing anxiety that is difficult to control, and that was the first time I knew I was being attacked by the panic! And over time now, I can look back and try to understand them so I could capture those feelings and create this piece to express them from my mind for everyone could see and felt with me.
