My thoughts as I worked on this piece:
It is interesting to me how everything that has value had no value, prior to a community of people believing in a new idea. Yet, when there is something that is new, and growing... many see it as a threat or danger. Everything we value right now has had a history of being worth little to nothing, and overtime has grown in moral and physical value. Such as paper money, coins, diamonds, etc. Paper was paper to be used to write, and now it takes many valuable forms such as currency and material to be sold. Coins are metals that are turned into something valueable. Diamonds are made of substances from the earth that became something rare, and expensive.
