Telly is the most youthful among the PolyBots. Basically Telly is very small, endearing, and has giant, curious eyes and it gets to be playful since it doesn't have similar restraints as other PolyBots. Telly has the honesty of a child and never hesitates to show its feelings since it doesn’t know how to. It doesn't have the emotional intelligence to lie or hide its thoughts. When Telly is sad, it's evident. When Telly is cheerful, you can see it in its eyes. Although Telly is just beginning its life as a TV, it has career goals.
