summer nights

On a pleasant evening, the mountain is filled with people enjoying its many vistas and of course their time above the clouds. I was walking back to my car when I saw this couple taking in the view around the bend. I quickly shot a few frames and this one ended up being my favorite from the evening. As a landscape photographer I rarely get to capture candid moments but when the chance arises I'm always pleasantly surprised by the result. Even months after shooting this photo, I put myself in their shoes quite often, taking me back to that dreamy evening and perfectly random moment.
