A cold and clear night in the Finnish Lapland. A short snowshoeing trek turned into hours of pure joy in the cold. -32°C never felt cold, and the experience made time fly by. After capturing different views under the moonlight, I finally found a perspective making justice to this incredible scenery. Untouched snow reflects the moonlight and frost-covered birch trees reaching the sky, making the scene look like time is standing still. The small trees cast long shadows, representing the long-lasting cold winter in this area.
