Flayvane Shard

For the Vennara, who live upon the planet’s great plains, the Flayvane element is central to every aspect of their lives. They believe that only devotion to the shard will bring the fortune upon which every hunter depends. For the nomadic Vennara depend utterly on this success; the creatures that they kill provide them with food and clothing. Success, or failure, can mean the difference between life and death.
