The First Sword

The two young gods stood facing each other, their eyes locked, waiting for the other to make the first move. One was Cygni, a creator of stars, a being of incredible beauty and brilliant power. The other was Xygnus, born in a black hole, who held an immense aura able to consume all light. As they fought, the universe shook, and neither could overcome the other. Why were they fighting? It was simple; both wanted the title of 'The First Sword'. An honour which gave one the power to start a new universe.
