“The building belongs to someone who is a known manipulator of the forces that govern life and death. Some call him a necromancer. The building is said the be made of 10,000 skulls fused together, no more no less. From the skulls of ancient titans, to giant extinct beasts to modern animals. Not much is known of this building or the man inside primarily due to the fear associated with it.”
