#11A-Prometheas Daughter Pod

The daughter pod of the Pometheas remains attached to its fleshy stalk until it has accumulated sufficient energy to begin the process of producing seeds, and has sufficient symbiotes integrated to sustain that process. As soon as these conditions are met they detach from the stalk and begin their lives as free floating seed factories, drifting through a seemingly endless sea of tentacles and glowing eyes.
