Halle Johnson Special Agent Halle Johnson (or H.J.) of the Eluna Intelligence Agency. Halle grew up an Empath, but never could really identify with their values and politics. She loves the thrill and money as a Special Agent. Known as a good shot and has been active in over 60 Special Operations. Halle is said to have played a key part in the breaking down of some of Eli's rivals and oppositions. Some say she is his favorite hired gun and has helped him on a regular basis.
