Zephyr Empath #621, or Zephyr, was born in Eluna City, in a slum area under the control of the Elite Faction. His parents were poor and struggling to make ends meet, and he was exposed to the unfairness of the Elite Faction from a young age. He was determined to make a difference, and he dedicated himself to the Empath Faction. He worked hard, and he was able to quickly rise through the ranks. However, his progress was not without its losses. He had to watch as his family was further and further oppressed by the Elite Faction, and eventually they were forced to leave Eluna City in search of a better life.
