Delano Delano was born and raised in Citadel Heights, a once vibrant neighborhood in northwest Eluna. His father, a former engineer at Trust Robotics, was fired for expressing his preference for the liberation of AI. Eli Trust has started a crusade against any engineer who dared defy him, effectively abusing his power and influence to blacklist all who oppose him economically. This led to a spiral of depression for Delano's father, who succumbed to an overdose of the drug habit he picked up to cope. This tragedy led to Delano joining The Collective, where under Cosima's leadership he seeks revenge against the Trust regime.
