While we all feel sad, moody or low from time to time, some people experience these feelings intensely, and sometimes without any apparent reason. Depression is more than just a low mood, it's a serious thing that has an impact on both physical and mental health. In any moment that you feel trapped in your room, just do your best. Get up on your feet, travel to another city, find an old and cozy bar and drink a coffee there. This is my personal advice, it always works.
