BLUE SYMPHONY

The iconic Diamond Beach at Jokulsarlon is a truly inspiring location, an ever-changing one and one I visited dozens of times over the years and haven’t tired of yet. The incredible, evoking shapes of the ice blocks, their different colors and textures, paired with the truly inspiring Icelandic weather and light, inspired me to go for shades of blue. After many attempts, on an overcast day in March 2019, when the color of the sky melted with that of the ice, a blue symphony of ice, water and sky was born in front of my eyes.
