It has been proven through studies that depending on the brain region which is activated due to specific external stimuli we produce a spectrum of facial expressions. The bull represented here expresses the idea of the many faces we can manifest because of strong emotional responses, from positive to negative, and how they are interconnected in a non-stable state as reality engages us in a constant experience of up and down or high and low experiences.
