Generations

The picture was taken in an abandoned fabric factory that was used for more than 200 years. Many people have worked there since childhood and spent most of their life inside it where they ate, slept and spent their little free time. "Nobodies" that walked in the same direction, for the same unknown reason and with no destiny in mind.
 I took a lot of pictures inside this abandoned factory during an artistic residence in Barcelona, and I used this one made with 25 pictures merged together. I shot a model walking on a green screen and had him walk through the place. I shaped him as a shadow to represent anonymous human figures.
