Vivienne Westwood was the true Queen of Punk in the UK - designing the most beautiful clothes and giving the punk movement a physical base at her shops on the Kings Road. People who bought her incredible fashion were educated via her many references to historical, political and art movements. She was also an activist, fighting rampant capitalism & animal cruelty. She championed several causes including climate change, women’s reproduction and LGBTQ+ rights. RIP Vivienne Westwood.
