Fading

This image was taken during a time when life lead to a terrifying experience of my mind shutting down nearly completely as lack of sleep and an inability to do so wore to the brink of mental and physical exhaustion. I am not religious, though I was during this time holding onto a faith that things would improve somehow from the chaos I found myself in and at this moment it was still to get much worse from here. This image and its reference to the possibility of powers above has become incredibly meaningful for me personally knowing the position of life I felt I was lost within.
