Many of us are brought up with the understanding that the world is a harsh and cruel place, and that we must be able to survive in it. Due to this, we grow up to be predators whose sole purpose is to survive and ensure the lives of our bloodlines.
Through our selfish egotism, we then become lonely predators, who believe that there is nothing good about us due to our priority for survival, making us act in ways that counter the idea of being "good."
Thus, we fill ourselves with a lot of fake and temporary goodness, only to see ourselves lonely with many things we don’t need.
