It takes trust to be vulnerable with others, and with ourselves too. It is a sign of strength that we can be brave enough to let our inner truths out. Sometimes it is ugly, but the release is beautiful in and of itself.

Facing truth requires that we accept it first, and only then can we address it and learn from it.
