Zlatan Mundi

This artwork's inspiration stems from the consideration that, despite his indisputable value, Ibrahimović has never been awarded with an overdue "GoldenBall". Veneziano remedies this injustice, depicting the champion with the prestigious football title, representing him with a golden ball in his left hand and symbolic gesture of the middle finger to FIFA for overlooking his prize. The iconographic structure of the work and obviously, its title, is clearly inspired by Leonardo DaVinci’s "Salvator Mundi".
