This is a human figure (supposed to be a woman who feeds kids as a symbolic form in traditional understanding). The face and features of the figure are hidden because contemporary society doesn't want to understand the individual starving problems of each family. The main point of the composition is an empty spoon in front of a dark speechless background (neglecting the world).
