Music history is full of stories of Black artists getting ripped off for their work. Bad deals, no credit, low investment and hundreds of other horror stories. What would have happened if people had been paid fairly and credited for their work since the beginning of recorded music? What could have been done with all those resources? How many other doors could have been opened for different artists, styles and sounds. Start it with the music you grew up on and think about what happened to some of the most amazing artists.
