Winter times along the West Australian coastline are nothing short of stunning. All the elements come to life in some of the most dynamic conditions in the world. Huge ocean swells march in from the depths to implode along some of the most remote places in Australia. My aim as a photographer is to capture the ocean in its true and natural form and without the need for heavy post-processing. I have been using my deep knowledge of Oceanography and wave patterns along with his seasoned knowledge of camera techniques, the right ocean conditions and ideal natural lighting to simultaneously showcase the ferocity, unpredictability and calming purity of the ocean.
