Outpost 12: Salvation

Salvation is a peculiar planet in which its atmosphere on the ground level is a toxic combination of nitrogen/helium but at the very peaks of its mountains, hundreds of miles into the atmosphere oxygen concentrates in breathable quantities. The planet is located in a small star system with no other planets orbiting Delta Canis Majoris, a yellow F-type supergiant star in the constellation of Canis Major. Salvation is the home of the first missionary space travelers, a religious Christian sect that left Earth following its leader's prophecy in which humanity needs to be reborn again to restart its existence.
