Candy Land

My previous expedition had resulted in 2 flat tires and a long walk back to civilization. This was a gorgeous night in one of my favorite places on earth, Mount Tamalpais. Mount Tamalpais, and San Francisco as a whole, holds some of the best fog in the United States. Every year the thermal inversions create cloud flows that range from 1200 ft above sea level to 2500 ft above sea level. It is above the fog where you get some of the best views.
