Storms never cease to impress me with their sheer size and scale. Watching massive atmospheric phenomena such as this tower 50,000 feet above my head is profoundly humbling.
This incredible storm was less than a quarter-mile away from me when I captured this image. In fact, I was positioned directly in its path. Yet there was no fear, never fear; only awe and admiration.
