The House of Tengu - CAT1A CAT1A wasn’t lucky enough to be born into an elite 0N1 family who got to call the Enclave home. She also wasn’t “lucky” enough to be born into an “elite” Vents family who got to finance their lives off the misfortune of others. She smiled as this thought occurred to her. She was joking (at least partially) of course. Her parents were some of the hardest working individuals she knew, and while life was never easy, CAT1A’s parents never had to worry about their moral compass and what they were teaching their daughter.
