Bodies change constantly, and it will never remain same as we grow older. Our skin will start to fade, senses will grow dull, strong limbs will become feeble - the outer beauty will wither away. So please stop thinking about your body limits and fearing yourself. I also experienced that capturing nudity is neither glamorous nor erotic. It’s more primal and raw. It helped me celebrate human body by looking past the flaws or the pain and instead focus on the beauty it brings, such as the strength, thoughts and feeling the expressional energy.
