Life Is A Gif. A conceptual art piece contemplating life and self. On today March 17th my 53 birthday, this piece is a 53 second gif containing 53 pictures per second spanning my life. A total of 283 pictures. It's accompanied by "All I Know" a song I wrote upon seeing the gif completed. It just poured out in a heartbeat and I felt it should be part of the piece.
My inspiration to create this piece was the idea that we encounter people each day but just see the person in front of us. Behind all our eyes is a life of pain, happiness, sorrow, joy, loss, success, failure, heartbreak and love. All of these experiences shape the people we are and the people that stand before us.
