Becoming (part 2)

Crawling out of the basement, our doll wasn't quite sure where she was and why passers-by were shunning her. "I'm beautiful, why aren't you playing with me?!" - she shouted. And people would run away in terror or throw stones at her. She ran into the forest to an old cemetery and stumbled upon her reflection. "Could it really be me! No, no - it's not me!". But it was too late. Like an old movie, memories flashed through - hair torn out, eyes gouged out, rolling around in the mud. Rage and lust for revenge superseded all other feelings. The demon had taken full possession of his victim.
