The Eternal Tree

It’s always an exciting moment to stumble upon a rare view that you didn’t expect. Standing alone amongst the contrasting colours of this Western Australia salt lake, I came across a dead tree casting a long shadow from the morning sun. Being the only tree in the area that was still standing, I like to think that it will remain encapsulated in the salt lake for eternity. Although the tree may no longer be blossoming, the surrounding vibrant colours bring it to life again and enhance its unique beauty.
