Description: Andy doing his favorite eyes closed pose for Paige Powell while holding his Minox 35mm camera at Nell's in 1986.
Paige Powell: “Robert and Ethel Scull had a successful taxi and limousine company. In the 1960s, they began collecting art of significant contemporary American artists, including Andy Warhol. In the 1980s, their oldest son Jonathan started an offshoot of the business and became the exclusive driver for artists and art collectors in NYC. We frequently traded ads in Interview magazine for restaurant and limousine services to entertain advertisers, art collectors and artists.”
