Knots and Have Nots

I've been extremely fortunate to visit several continents and interact with dozens of different cultures. Throughout my travels I've noticed something time and time again. Like the question posed on Andre 3000's jump suit which reads, "Across cultures, darker people suffer most. WHY?" I ask why are darker skinned Autistics cared for the least? From my time working within government agencies, to working on the beaches of Faro Portugal, speaking at Gertrude's Children's Hospital in Kenya, to my meeting at the Palace of the Prime Minister of Malta, to walking down my own street.
