'50mm Nihon' is a humble portrayal of Japan through a consistent series of captures taken during five weeks and two separate trips over a two year time period from 2016 to 2017. Utilizing a Fujifilm X-T2 camera and a 50mm prime lens as the medium, this collection represents a surface-level insight into the local people, culture, art & architecture that compose Mainland Japan. This collection strives to recreate the feeling of experienced moments through a humanistic perspective.
