My first gigapixel release - the full resolution of 38000 x 38000 pixels is approximately 1.4 gigapixels. Due to the massive size of this piece and the limitations imposed by Corel Painter, this piece had to be constructed in multiple sections. Each section was painted separately in Corel Painter and they were then patched together in Adobe Photoshop. It is possible to see very slight seams where the sections join as a result of the process (if you inspect it at maximum zoom). The colour harmony was a custom blue/green scheme created in Adobe colour. The painting was completed towards the end of 2022 and is being released now in early 2023 - hence the 2022 signature.
