Primordial Waters

It is not hard to imagine the ancestors of this stunning green sea turtle swimming the tidal waters of a similar coast nearly 70 million years ago. A testament to survival the green sea turtle is one of the most graceful inhabitants under the surface of the Hawaiian waters. Unfortunately these beautiful creatures are now considered endangered due to human activity including hunting, habitat destruction and drowning in fishing nets. What an unspeakable tragedy it would be to wipe out a creature that has been thriving on this planet for millions of years.
