The Boys and the Frogs Narrator: Some Boys were playing one Sunday at the edge of a pond. They killed two frogs before any of the frogs could respond. A frog tried to speak, but the flying water, made him cough. He cleared his throat, tried again, but a rock took his head off. This was the peaceful home in which lived a family of Frogs. The boys liked to visit small bodies of water like ponds and bogs. They threw stones to make them skip on top of the water. They had no idea that the stones’ force, caused slaughter.
